You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access and remaining plan credits until the end of the current billing period.

If you are not satisfied with a new subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, provided you have used less than 20% of the plan's included credits. Renewals can be refunded within 48 hours if no credits from the new period were used.

One-time credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used. Partially used packs are not refundable.

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. If you believe credits were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will review and restore them.

Email hello@mokaccinoai.com from your account email or reply to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Associated credits are removed from your balance.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
