You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Mokaccino provides AI-assisted creative tools for image, video, audio, and related workflows. Features may change as models and products evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Paid plans include AI credits and benefits described at purchase. Credits are consumed by generations according to model pricing shown before each generation. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. You may cancel renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You retain rights to prompts and outputs you create, subject to third-party model licenses and our Acceptable Use rules. You grant Mokaccino a limited license to host and process content solely to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your creations.

You may not use the Service for illegal content, harmful deepfakes without consent, malware, spam, scraping that burdens the Service, or attempts to reverse-engineer systems. We may remove content or restrict access that violates this policy.

Generations may use partner models. Their terms can apply to outputs. Commercial use of paid-plan outputs is allowed as described in plan materials, unless a partner restriction applies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOKACCINO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
